Service Description

Makeup for Bridal portrait day. Make the day picture perfect. A bridal makeup consultation is a great way to ensure that the bride looks and feels her best on her big day. Here’s what typically happens during a bridal makeup consultation: 1. Initial Discussion Personal Style & Preferences: The makeup artist will discuss your preferences, including the desired look (natural, glam, bold, etc.), wedding theme, and colors. It’s important to share any ideas, photos, or inspiration that reflect what you're looking for. Skin Type & Concerns: You’ll discuss your skin type (dry, oily, combination), any allergies or sensitivities, and specific areas you’d like the artist to address (like blemishes, uneven skin tone, etc.). 2. Trial Makeup Application The makeup artist will apply a full makeup look to give you a feel for how it will look on the actual day. Foundation Match: The artist will match the foundation to your skin tone and texture. Eye & Lip Preferences: They will typically apply eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick in colors that match the vibe of your wedding. Fixing and Touch-Ups: You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback on how the makeup feels and looks. You may request adjustments to make sure you feel comfortable with the final look. 3. Time & Longevity Testing The makeup artist may check how long the makeup lasts, ensuring it stays intact for the wedding day. This is especially important for long weddings or outdoor events. Photographing the Look: Since the makeup will be photographed, the artist may suggest adjustments to ensure it looks flawless on camera. 4. Setting & Finishing Touches The makeup artist will show you how to set the makeup for long-lasting wear, such as using setting sprays or powders. They’ll also discuss whether you'll need a touch-up kit or additional products for the wedding day. 5. Consultation on Hair (Optional) Some bridal makeup artists also offer hairstyling, so they might suggest complementary hairstyles to match your makeup. 6. Finalize the Look Once you’re happy with the trial, the artist will confirm your wedding day makeup look. If you need to make any changes (e.g., if you find the makeup too heavy or not dramatic enough), now’s the time to finalize it. Tips for the Bridal Makeup Consultation: Bring Photos: If you have a clear idea of the look you want, bring images of makeup styles or bridal looks you love. Wear White or Neutral Colors: This helps you visualize how the makeup will co
